Mark Treston has over fifteen years of teaching and management experience, and specializes in world history and teaching English. He is also the author of “Gailee” and “North Korean Memoirs,” both outstanding historical novels based on real events, and a co-author of the forthcoming Compelling American Conversations: Teacher’s Guide as well as the Reproducible Guide.

Mark is currently working on Creating a Quality English Language School: Insights from the Classrooms, Owners, and Regulators for Chimayo Press. The publication date will be announced later this year.

Mark taught throughout the world as well as domestically. Mark cofounded two colleges and assisted countless others through the complicated world of compliance. Mark serves as a consultant for publishing firms and higher education institutes. Mark speaks several languages and enjoys travelling as much as he likes writing about his travels. Mark also serves on the board of two colleges and volunteers as an educational consultant for non-profit learning centers. Mark lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two boys.
